David C. Tedesco
Mr. Tedesco is the founder and Managing Partner of True North Companies, with overall responsibility for the firm and specific responsibility
for underwriting, capital structure and strategic direction. Prior to forming True North Mr. Tedesco was an independent investor and lifelong
entrepreneur. He has founded and served as the CEO of multiple successful companies. He has exceptional operational experience compared with the
investment banking background that is typical of most private equity partners. Mr. Tedesco currently serves on the Board of Directors of multiple
companies and recently finished serving as Chairman of the Board for the American Red Cross. Mr. Tedesco has received the Spirit of Philanthropy award and, in 2007, Mr. Tedesco formed the Tedesco Foundation, a non-profit
entity focused on providing essential funding to non-profit services firms both locally and internationally. Mr. Tedesco has been recognized with many
awards over the years including the Clara Barton Award for outstanding volunteer leadership and the 40 under 40 award given to the forty most influential
people in Arizona under 40 years old.
Mr. Tedesco is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He is also a active philanthropist, outdoors enthusiast and private pilot. He lives in both
Scottsdale, Arizona and Flagstaff, Arizona with his wife and daughter.
